Supreme Court Reformation

A suggested reordering of the Supreme Court Justices so that that a balance is established as follows: Three conservative justices, three liberal justices, and three justices that are moderates. The Chief Justice is to be picked from the three moderates. This is a permanent format so that when any one of the justices passes away or retires that their replacement must be of the same category. When Supreme Court Justice passes away, then there will be a new election for that position from the then three moderate justices.
